The Mercure Majestic La Baule is a five storey modern beachfront hotel with Art Deco style interiors, located two kilometres from the town centre and 200 metres from the casino. The 60 guestrooms extend to balconies and feature Art Deco style furnishings and colour schemes in red, black and white. All are equipped with satellite television, high speed Internet connections, direct dial phones, minibars, safes and complimentary newspapers. Bathrooms include handheld showers and hair dryers.
Guests can browse complimentary newspapers over breakfast, and unwind in the evening with drinks in Le Derby's, the hotel's Art Deco cocktail bar which is open until late. La Ruban Bleu restaurant is a 1930s Art Deco style dining room with sea views, serving a selection of regional dishes for lunch and dinner. The hotel has two conference rooms able to accommodate up to 100 people, and offers fax services and high speed Internet access. Practical onsite amenities include dry cleaning and laundry facilities, room service and a 24 hour front desk. Guests arriving by car will find parking facilities available (surcharge). The hotel is situated directly on the beach, and there is a thalassotherapy centre and a casino within 200 metres. The Marais Salants salt marshes are three kilometres away and families can spend the day observing penguins and admiring 1,000 species of fish at the Le Croisic Ocearium, eight kilometres away. Nantes Atlantique Airport is 75 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.
