The Best Western Hotel de L'Europe is a renovated 15th century post house set in a quiet area within the historical centre of Strasbourg, 800 metres from cathedral. The 60 air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in a traditional style with soft colours and patterned bedspreads. Modern amenities include clock radios, safes, direct dial phones, Internet connections, satellite television and bathrooms with hair dryers and tubs or showers.
Guests can start the day with a buffet breakfast in the hotel's dining room. An airport shuttle can be arranged and will cost approximately 6 EUR. Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport and will cost approximately 20 EUR. Strasbourg has a good public transport system using trams and buses. Tickets can be bought either on the buses or prior to getting on a tram from one of the pay points. Tram tickets must be validated before you get on using one of the terminals labelled 'ici'. From Strasbourg Airport exit the motorway for Place des Halles, follow directions for Place Kleber to reach the hotel.
