The Kim Hotel Im Park is a modern hotel complex with red tiled, modern buildings set in verdant parkland and located seven kilometres from central Dresden. The hotel's 103 guestrooms, over two floors, have views of Dresden's cityscape or the adjacent parkland, simple decor, carpeted floors and wood furnishings. All offer satellite television, desks, chairs and minibars.
The Kim Coffee Shop is open at all meal times and has an al fresco barbeque and an open air terrace, as well as a contemporary interior. Vegetarian and children's menu are available. The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Dresden and the surrounding area; the centre of Dresden is located seven kilometres from the hotel, and offers many historical buildings including Dresden Zwinger, the Semper Opera House and Br�hl Terraces. The castles at Moritzburg and Albrechtsburg are located 12 kilometres and 25 kilometres from the hotel respectively. Dresden Airport is 12 kilometres (eight miles) from the hotel.

The nearest train station to the hotel is Dresden Central station, six kilometres away. A typical taxi fare from the airport to central Dresden is approximately 20 EUR.
