The Radisson SAS Hotel Erfurt is a modern, high rise hotel offers panoramic views of Erfurt's historic city center, one of the best preserved medieval towns in Germany, with many beautiful old buildings and the famous built up Grocers' Bridge (Kr�merbr�cke). The business district and train station are within walking distance from the hotel, while the Efurt fairgrounds is five minutes by car. The Erfurt Airport is 20 minutes away.
Erfurt is the capital of the state of Thuringia in the green heartland of central Germany. Once under Soviet occupation, the state was restored in 1990 with German's reunification. Today, Erfurt features many renovated half timbered houses and magnificent Renaissance buildings. With a rich intellectual and cultural life, the town hosts numerous events throughout the year.
The Radisson SAS Enfurt features 282 guestrooms, three executive floors with 31 business class rooms, and nine suites. Boasting modern d�cor and pastel colours, each room features wireless Internet access, satellite TV, mini bar and electric blinds. Some rooms also provide a balcony. Air conditioning and non smoking rooms are available upon request.
The hotel features Restaurant Classico, serving a daily breakfast buffet and traditional dishes from Thuringia. The Classico Lounge & Bar is open late night and serves a variety of drinks and snacks. Room is available 24 hours a day.
Located 60 metres above the ground, the Radisson's spa features a panoramic Finnish sauna, steam sauna, adventure showers, solarium, and large recreation area. A well equipped fitness room with Life Fitness machines also is available.
The Radisson SAS provides the most modern conference center in Erfurt. The hotel's five conference rooms on the 17th floor overlook the city and can accommodate up to 300 people. All meeting rooms are fully air conditioned and feature natural light and up to date technology and equipment.

Erfurt Airport (ERF) : Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 14 kilometers (8 miles). Taxis are readily available outside the terminal. Alternatively, an airport bus is available that connects to the underground system. The public transport system is the best way to get about. One ticket allows travel on all trains, trams, buses and ferries.
