Location. The King's Hotel is located in Budapest, Hungary, in a central quarter 800 metres from Dohany Synagogue, 1.5 kilometres from the Opera House, and three kilometres from Andrassy Avenue. Astoria metro station is 600 metres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Set on a quiet side street, The King's Hotel's building dates back to the 19th Century. In the white tiled lobby, by the 24 hour front desk, a bar offers coffee and complimentary newspapers, and there is also wireless Internet. Security guard protected parking is available nearby for 15 EUR per day. Prices are all subject to change.
As well as having a lobby bar, the King's Hotel restaurant also serves a complimentary buffet breakfast. It also serves international and local fare.
The Szechenyi medical spa is a complex of 15 pools two kilometres from the hotel, with complimentary fitness equipment, gymnastics and water aerobics. There are dry and steam saunas, treatments, massages, and a thermal pool available.

From Budapest Ferihegy Airport (BUD):
Distance to King's Hotel is 22 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. An airport bus runs every 30 minutes between the airport and Budapest's central bus station, Erzsebet Square. The airport operates a minibus service to addresses in Budapest. Pre pay bus number 93 runs from the airport to the Kobanya Kispest underground metro terminus. Travellers might wish to get off at Deak ter, where three underground lines meet (this stop is also a tram and bus interchange), and whence Astoria station, 600 metres from the hotel, is one stop on the M2 line. The number 200 bus runs every 10 12 minutes to the metro station, and costs 210 HUF. There is a taxi stand at the airport. Passengers are advised to negotiate a price before travelling, as fares are not always regulated. The fare to central Budapest should be about 5,200 HUF and to the hotel, about 20 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. An efficient and inexpensive public transport system operates in Budapest. There are easy links between the buses, HEV trains, metro, trolley buses, and trams. Tickets are available from kiosks, newsstands and metro stations.
Driving directions. From the airport follow signs for the city centre.
