The traditional stone built Resort I Mulini di San Cusumano is set amongst historic windmills with landscaped gardens leading to a sandy beach, 20 kilometres from Trapani Airport. It features 21 air onditioned guestrooms with decor in a modern Mediterranean style with exposed brickwork and tiled floors. All guestrooms include minibars, satellite television with premium channels, direct dial telephones, high speed Internet, safes, and bathrooms with hair dryers, bathrobes and designer toiletries.
Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool and then relax on a sun bed, or head through the hotel's landscaped gardens to the private beach, where a range of water sports are on offer. There are also beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, aerobic sessions and bicycle rental facilities. Guests can enjoy a pre dinner drink or a nightcap at the bar with its arched stone ceilings and poolside seating area, and there are several dining options in the vicinity. There is a gift shop for holiday essentials, and a games room. Motorists will find free and secure parking, and multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can arrange babysitting services, and advise on local amenities. Divers will find a scuba centre nearby, and there is also horse riding, golf and a network of hiking and cycling trails. The Cathedral of St Laurence is two kilometres away and the Nubia Saltworks and museum are five kilometres from the hotel. Trapani Birgi Airport is 20 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.
