Located on the lush northern coast of Jamaica, the Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios provides elegant resort accommodations in splendid seclusion. This small, all inclusive property can be found in the Ocho Rios Riviera, where the rolling hills of the St. Ann Mountains sweep down to the pristine white sand beaches of the calm St. Ann's Bay. Offering 77 luxurious suites, all with stunning ocean views, the Royal Plantation has the intimacy of an elegant private villa and the panache of a world class resort.
The Royal Plantation provides seven categories of suites plus a three bedroom private villa. All accommodations have been recently renovated and include sumptuous down beds and fine Italian linens, custom crafted mahogany furniture, ceiling fans, minibars, Internet access, marble bathtubs and showers, laptop compatible safes, and VCR and DVD players.
Home to three award winning restaurants, menu options at the Royal Plantation include classic French cuisine, spicy Caribbean delicacies and exotic seafood selections. The hotel also features Jamaica's only caviar and champagne bar. The Royal Plantation provides two beaches with sugary sand, including beach butlers. The resort houses an award winning European spa and features a picturesque championship golf course at the Upton Golf and Country Club.
Guestroom rates include private taxi airport transfers and golf course transfers. For an additional fee per person, per night, the Royal Plan includes all meals, beverages and premium drinks; a selection of choice house wines plus a guestroom bar set up; unlimited greens fees at the resort's golf course; unlimited use of the watersports facility and equipment including sailing and snorkeling; use of the resort's scuba diving equipment; and afternoon tea served daily. Not included in either plan are off resort tours, room service surcharge, spa services, telephone calls and special request bottles of wine or liquor.

Celebrating couples booking minimum six night stays for travel through January 31, 2008 can select one of the following wedding gifts, courtesy of Sandals/Beaches resorts: Marquis by Waterford Vintage, Marquis by Waterford Brookside, Waterford Kilbarry Platinum or Waterford Kilbarry Gold. Offer applies to certain room categories. Guests must book this special and present valid proof of marriage during 2006/2007 at check in to qualify.
Guests will receive a Free China voucher and instructions upon check in. The voucher must be validated by Sandals/Beaches staff.
Hurricane Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that hurricane force winds (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) directly hit the Sandals or Beaches resorts while you are a guest, interrupting the use of all the included activities, Sandals or Beaches Resorts will offer a free replacement vacation to be taken at any Sandals or Beaches Resort of your choice.
This replacement stay will be for the same duration as the one originally booked, regardless of how many days were affected by the hurricane. The replacement stay will be in an equivalent room category to the one originally booked, exclusive of air and will be subject to certain blackout dates.
This offer must be applied within one year from the date the hurricane directly hit the resort. This offer subject to change and can be withdrawn without notice. This offer supersedes all previously printed hurricane guarantee offers for Sandals. Blackout dates are defined as those deemed by Sandals Resorts to be not available for such stays.

Take the main road east toward Ocho Rios.
Follow signs to the hotel, which is on the left.
After clearing customs, guests can go to the Jamaican Tours desk in the airport and arrange transportation to the hotel (surcharge). Taxis and rental cars are approximately 36 USD.
